Reading the forum is free, but for posting it is required to register there as a user. Subscribing to both services is free and everybody is welcome to do that. Both of the services are in Estonian language.
- Managing and organising most of the information available on this website happens in viki.filateelia environment. In order to participate in adding and modifing the information on this environment one needs to cooperate with maintainers of this website. Everybody has the possibility to comment and share additional information in forum using the link to forum topic found in the page of edition or event.
