Aleksander Kunileid (Saebelman), 22. Nov. 1845 – 27. July 1875, was one of the first composers of Estonian descent, an Estonian choral music pioneer, and author of some evergreen choral songs. Kunileid was a conductor at the 1st all – Estonian sonf festival in 1869, and his two songs were the only pieces of Estonian music performed at the festival.
