Christmas Lottery Stamp

The Christmas lottery stamps is the first lottery stamp to be issued by
ESonian Post. Its sale price of 5 kroons will
cover the special Christmas rate for domestic letters and postcards valid from
December 18 to 31, 3.10 kroons, plus 1.90 kroon surcharge. The design of the
simillar to that of one of the Christmas stamps to be issued on
25 November. All stamps of the Christmas lottery issue are consecutively numbered.
The draw will take place on 15 January 2000. The prizes are monetary and hava to be
taken out by 15 February 2000.
