Margil on kujutatud Eesti Vabariigi ühe kroonine münt. 20. juunil 1992. aastal toimunud rahareformiga võeti kasutusele Eesti kroon kui ainus seaduslik maksevahend Eesti Vabariigi territooriumil. Margi fooniks on 50 kroonise paberraha roheline värvus. Trükkimisel on kasutatud ultravioletvärvi ja mikrokirja.
The stamp depicts the one kroon coin of the Republic of Estonia. During the monetary reform on 20. June 1992, the Eesti kroon as the only legal medium of payment was taken into usage at the territory of the Republic of Estonia. The background colour is that of the 50-kroon banknote. Fluorescent ink and microtext have been used in printing the stamp.
